Terms of Service:
Dream job inc., LLC (hereinafter referred to as HJF) operates this Website, which provide a news reporting service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") to you. Your use of HJF products, software, services and web sites (referred to collectively as the "Services" in this document and excluding any services provided to you by HJF under a separate written agreement) is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and HJF, whose principal place of business is 929 E Main St 132, Mount Joy, PA. This document explains how the agreement is comprised with some of the terms of this agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, your agreement will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set out here.
Accepting the Terms:
In order to use the Services, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms. You acknowledge and agree that Subsidiaries and Affiliates will be entitled to provide the Services to you. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services provided may change from time to time without prior notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that HJF may stop either temporarily or permanently providing the Services to you at HJF's sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Services at any time, see termination instructions below.
Authorization:
Your use of our Service constitutes your agreement and authorization to the Terms of Service, Use and Conditions in effect at the time of use.
Use of the Services by you:
In order to access certain Services, you may be required to provide information about yourself, including but not limited to identification or contact details as part of the registration process for the Service, or as part of your continued use of the Services. You agree that any registration information you give to HJF will always be accurate, correct and up to date. You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by the Terms and any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions including any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the United States. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services. Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with HJF, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.
You represent and certify to HJF that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, assume full responsibility for the use of the Service by any minors, you agree that all information you have submitted through the Service, online or otherwise, is accurate and complete, and that you have not knowingly submitted false information to any Service we provide and your use of the Service is subject to and compliant with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
By submitting your contact and request for our jobs newsletter, you are consenting to be contacted by either telephone, email or mail based on the information you have provided to us, even if you have opted into the National Do Not Call List administered by the Federal Trade Commission, any state equivalent Do Not Call List, or the Do Not Call List of an internal company. You understand that the Employers and Advertisers may maintain the information you submitted to them through the Service whether you elect to use their services or not. In the event you no longer want to receive communications from them, you agree to notify them directly.
You agree that you are solely responsible for, and that HJF has no responsibility to you or to any third party for, any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences including any loss or damage, which HJF may suffer of any such breach.
Content in the Services:
You understand that all information such as news, information, research and data files, written text, computer software, music, audio files or other sounds, photographs, videos or other images, which you may have access to as part of, or through your use of, the Services are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated, referred to hereinafter as "Content". You should be aware that Content presented to you as part of the Services, including but not limited to advertisements in the Services and sponsored Content within the Services may be protected by intellectual property rights which are owned by the sponsors or advertisers who provide that Content to HJF and by other persons or companies on their behalf. You may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on this Content (either in whole or in part) unless you have been specifically told that you may do so by HJF or by the owners of that Content, in a separate agreement.
HJF reserves the right, but shall have no obligation to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse or remove any or all Content from any Service. You understand that by using the Services you may be exposed to Content that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable and that, in this respect, you use the Services at your own risk and HJF has no responsibility to your for the same. You agree that you are solely responsible for and that HJF has no responsibility to you or to any third party for any Content that you create, transmit or display while using the Services and for the consequences of your actions including but not limited to any loss or damage which HJF may suffer by doing so.
Job Postings:
You acknowledge that HJF does not provide jobs or guarantee jobs in connection with its Service and makes no representation of the same. You affirm that HJF is not a party to any agreement that you may make with the any third party listed through our service, which you may or may not contact for a job or business opportunity, which are not employees or agents of HJF, nor is HJF an agent of the same. All terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and that party. Your rights under any contract you may enter into with any other party are governed by the terms of such contracts and by applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. Should you have a dispute with that party for any reason, you must address such dispute with them directly. You agree not to hold HJF liable for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any and all contact or dealings with any other party and will hold harmless HJF for the same. You confirm that the other party is solely responsible for its services to you and that HJF did not charge you a fee to use its services. You also understand that requirements for a particular job are made by the individual employers and that HJF does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the products or services of any employer. HJF does not guarantee that it will be able to match you with Clients through your use of this Service or that the employers made available through this Service are either capable of or willing to provide you with jobs. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT THROUGH OUR SERVICE. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY OF ANY JOB POSTING OR ADVERTISEMENT. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE CREDIBILITY OF ANY JOB POSTING, THE EMPLOYER OR THE COMPANY THAT MAKES SUCH JOB POSTING AND ADVERSTISEMENTS. YOU AGREE TO USE THIS SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Offers, Advertisements, and Promotions:
Some of the Services are supported by advertising revenue and may display offers, advertisements and promotions (referred to collectively as offers). These offers may be targeted to the content of information stored on the Services, queries made through the Services, your submission, other information or randomly. HJF besides having offers on its site, may also send you approximately 3 offers per day in addition to the daily newsletter. The manner, mode and extent of advertising by HJF on the Services are subject to change without specific notice to you. In consideration for HJF granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that HJF may place such advertising on the Services. HJF may have no control over any web sites or resources, which are provided by companies or persons other than HJF.
Offers that indicate that they have no Fees, no Investment or are "Free" does not guarantee that you may not have a future investment should you wish to continue with their program. Our research indicates that you should be able to obtain free information or a free trial before committing to program, but we do not guarantee the same. You acknowledge and agree that HJF is not responsible for the availability of any such external sites or resources, and does not endorse any advertising, products or other materials on or available from such web sites or resources. If you use and or purchase resources provided by another person or company that you found through our service. Your use of these other services, software or goods may be subject to separate terms between you and the company or person concerned and these Terms do not affect your legal relationship with these other companies or individuals.

Unless you have agreed otherwise in writing with HJF, you agree that you are responsible for protecting and enforcing those rights and that HJF has no obligation to do so on your behalf.
You agree that you shall not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices including but not limited to copyright and trade mark notices, which may contained within the Services. You may not copy, modify, create a derivative work of, or otherwise attempt to extract any information, research or work product of any kind, unless this is expressly permitted in writing or required by law.
License from you
You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in Content, which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying the content you give HJF a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling HJF to display, distribute and promote the Services. You agree that this license includes a right for HJF to make such Content available to other companies, organizations or individuals with whom HJF has relationships for the provision of syndicated services, and to use such Content in connection with the provision of those services. You agree that this license shall permit HJF to take these actions. You confirm and warrant to HJF that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the above license.

HJF may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms of Service, either by email, regular mail, or postings on the Service. HJF is not required to provide you with any notice of any kind and this paragraph does not create an affirmative obligation to do so. Review this page daily for changes as HJF reserves the right to revise these Terms without notice to you. You agree that HJF without prior notice may immediately terminate or modify your access to their Newsletter or Service and that HJF will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination or modification of access to their newsletter or Service.
The Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or HJF by either notifying HJF at any time by contacting HJF by email or unsubscribing on the links attached in our emails to you; HJF has made both options available to you. Note you may unsubscribe at any time from the newsletter or offer emails, which must be done separately. You may also send us an email, and we will manually unsubscribe your email address from all of our files and mailings; please indicate if you wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter emails, offer emails or both.
HJF may at any time, terminate its legal agreement with you for any reason not limited to but including if you have breached any provision of the Terms, you act in a manner that indicates that you do not intend to, or are unable to comply with the provisions of the Terms, is required to do so by law, a subsidiary, affiliate, or partner with whom HJF offered the Services to you has terminated its relationship with HJF or you, HJF is no longer providing the Services to users in the country in which you are resident or from which you use the service or in HJF's opinion service is no longer commercially viable. Nothing in this Section shall affect HJF's rights regarding provisions of Services in the Terms above. When these Terms come to an end, all of the legal rights, obligations and liabilities that you and HJF have benefited from, been subject to which are expressed to continue indefinitely, shall be unaffected by this cessation, and the provisions herein and shall continue to apply to such rights, obligations and liabilities indefinitely.
Disclaimer of Warranties
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. HJF WHICH INCLUDES ALL PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARENT COMPANIES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS AND THEIR SUPPLIERS, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. HJF MAKES NO WARRANTIES AS TO (a) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE; (b) THE INFORMATION AND RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (c) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, REQUIREMENTS OR NEEDS (d) ANY CONTENT, GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND (e) THAT DEFECTS IN THE OPERATION OR FUNCTIONALITY OF ANY WEBSITE, RESEARCH OR INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU AS PART OF THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR OTHER DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM HJF OR FROM THE SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS, SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT HJF'S WARRANTY OR LIABILITY FOR LOSSES, WHICH MAY NOT BE LAWFULLY EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR BREACH OF IMPLIED TERMS, OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, ONLY THE LIMITATIONS, WHICH ARE LAWFUL IN YOUR JURISDICTION, WILL APPLY TO YOU AND OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT HJF INCLUDING ALL PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, TRUSTEES, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARENT COMPANIES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS AND THEIR SUPPLIERS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL COMPENSATORY OR PECUNIARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES, EXPENSES, COURT COSTS, LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF GOODWILL OR BUSINESS REPUTATION, ANY LOSS OF DATA SUFFERED, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS INCURRED BY YOU FOR ANY REASON OR THEORY OF LIABILITY, OR RESULTING FROM YOUR BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR OMISSIONS, YOUR FAILURE TO ABIDE BY ALL APPLICABLE LAWS, RULES, OR REGULATIONS, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO YOUR ACCESS, USE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, CLIENTS OR THIRD PARTY NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION OR DAMAGE, EVEN IF HJF HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. HJF SHALL NOT BY LIABLE FOR ANY RELIANCE PLACED BY YOU ON THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY OR EXISTENCE OF ANY ADVERTISING, OR AS A RESULT OF ANY RELATIONSHIP OR TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND ANY ADVERTISER OR SPONSOR WHOSE ADVERTISING APPEARS ON THE SERVICES; ANY CHANGES WHICH HJF MAY MAKE TO THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY CESSATION IN THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICES OR ANY FEATURES WITHIN THE SERVICES; THE DELETION OF, CORRUPTION OF, OR FAILURE TO STORE, ANY CONTENT AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS DATA MAINTAINED OR TRANSMITTED BY OR THROUGH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES; OR YOUR FAILURE TO PROVIDE HJF WITH ACCURATE ACCOUNT INFORMATION.THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU; FOR THESE JURISDICTIONS, THE AFOREMENTIONED LIMITATION ON LIABILITY SHALL BE TO THE MAXIMUM DEGREE PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Indemnification
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY HJF MEDIA LLC, INCLUDING ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, TRUSTEES, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARENTS, SUCCESSORS, AND THEIR SUPPLIERS, AND HOLD THEM EACH HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR DEMANDS, INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS, MADE BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY.
Release
YOU HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE HJF MEDIA LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, PARTNERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CLIENTS, VENDORS, AND CONTRACTORS AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND ALL OTHER RELATED PERSONS OR ENTITIES FROM ANY AND ALL MANNER OF RIGHTS, CLAIMS, COMPLAINTS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, PROCEEDINGS, LIABILITIES, OBLIGATIONS, LEGAL FEES, COSTS, AND DISBURSEMENTS OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHICH NOW OR HEREAFTER ARISE FROM, RELATE TO, OR ARE CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Unauthorized Use
ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE SERVICE IS PUNISHABLE BY LAW AND WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THAT LAW.
Wavier
No failure on the part of HJF to exercise or enforce any of its rights under these Terms and Conditions will act as a waiver of such rights.
Enforceability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part shall be given effect to the greatest extent possible and the remainder will remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions are personal to you and you may not transfer, delegate or assign these Terms and Conditions to anyone.
The Terms, and your relationship with HJF under the Terms, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You and HJF agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Lancaster, Pennsylvania to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that HJF shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
Entire Terms of Service
These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and other terms, conditions and policies HJF may post on this Service constitute the entire Terms of Service between you and HJF in connection with the Service and supersede all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. These Terms, Conditions, Policies and the like of HJF shall be read to be mutually consistent wherever possible. In the event of any conflict, the latest Terms, Conditions and Policy will control.
